florists are always at the mercy of Mother Nature and the weather conditions we experience play a significant role on the availability of flowers so the specific availability often changes from year to year. For this reason we offer a florist choice selection that gives us the flexibility to choose the best available flowers for the season. For a list of some of our favourite flowers and their availability please read here.
we always select the best quality flowers and are at the Flower Markets 2-3 times a week. We don’t stockpile our flowers so you will receive them as fresh and soon after purchase as possible. Most flowers when bought fresh (if kept away from direct sunlight, heat and fruit) should last anywhere from 5 -10 days depending on the flower type. Some of the more fragrant and cottage flowers will often have a shorter shelf life but their fragrance and beauty is often worth their short stay.
